Ex art.13 Regulation UE 2016/679

In accordance with the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of personal data, and in particular Article 13 thereof, the company – hereby provides the following information to the Customer:

The owner of the collection and processing of personal data, is the company Bolzan S.r.L. – Società Benefit (hereinafter referred to only as the ‘Company’) based in Gaiarine (TV) via Per Sacile 123/A, registration at the Register of Companies of Treviso tax code 01164140939, VAT no. 01164140939, to which the Customer may address at the company headquarters any request by e-mail, at the following address info@bolzan.com.

The Company informs that the processing of the Customer’s personal data will be carried out for the purposes set out below:
[a] to allow the Customer access to the part of the Company’s Website dedicated to the online sales of its Products and consequently to allow the Customer to carry out all the purchase procedures, as well as in order to allow the Supplier to carry out all the various administrative, commercial, accounting and tax activities arising from online sales as well as to give, more generally, execution to the existing legal obligations in this regard (e.g. right of withdrawal of the consumer, right on product warranty, etc.);
[b] make known to the Customer, through the sending of advertising and informative material by means of periodic e-mails, information regarding the Company’s products and services as well as any further initiatives, commercial or otherwise, undertaken by the Company.

The Company undertakes to treat the data and information transmitted by the Customer with confidentiality and not to disclose them to unauthorized persons, nor to use them for purposes other than those for which they were collected or to transmit them to third parties other than those indicated below. Personal data may be disclosed only to parties delegated to perform the activities necessary for the execution of the contractual commitments undertaken by the Supplier and the Customer (e.g. credit institutions, transport and shipping companies, external structures that collaborate directly with the Supplier in the technical and informative management of the Website). The Company’s personnel assigned to the delivery and shipment of the Products, the personnel assigned to the management of the Internet Site and those dedicated to the performance of marketing activities may also become aware of the data.

The data acquired will be kept for a period of time not exceeding that necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed and in compliance with the prescriptive terms imposed by law. In particular, there where the data were linked to special account created by the Customer at the time of his registration in the Internet Site, we inform you that the Company will proceed to the automatic deletion of such data in case the Customer does not proceed to an online purchase of the Products in the months following the last purchase made. In the case of data processed for marketing purposes (purposes referred to in letter [b] above) the processing will be carried out until the Customer does not exercise the revocation referred to in letter VI) below, resulting in the deletion of the data of the latter from the mailing list in which they were included, and in any case for a period not exceeding 2 (two) years from the consent to the processing such purposes.

The Customer enjoys the rights set forth in Articles 15 et seq. of EU Regulation 2016/679, including the right to request access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing concerning him or her or to object to their processing.

With reference, moreover, to the processing of personal data for the purpose referred to in sub-paragraph [b] above, the Customer always has the right to revoke the consent given for that purpose, in particular by following the procedure for unsubscribing from the mailing list in which the Customer’s data were included following the consent given by the Customer. The Customer also has the right to file a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority, Data Protection Authority.

The disclosure of his/her personal data by the Customer is a contractual obligation, as a necessary requirement for the online purchase of the Company’s Products. Failure to do so will not be granted to the Customer nor will the Customer be able to make purchases using the procedures provided on the Company’s Website. With reference, on the other hand, to the marketing activities (purposes referred to in lett. [b] above) carried out by the Company, failure to provide the data and/or failure to consent to their processing will not allow the sending of advertising and informative material highlighted above.

The Company informs that it does not carry out any profiling of its customers, nor does it adopt any automated decision-making procedures directed to this end.
